Derek Zeigler is the founder of 112 West Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, bringing over a decade of experience in crafting customer experiences for global brands into the aesthetics world. His background in designing high-touch, service-driven environments shapes everything at 112 West — from personalized consultations to the elevated, welcoming vibe of the spa itself.
Driven by a passion for doing things the right way, Derek built 112 West to bridge clinical excellence with genuine hospitality. His goal is simple: create a space where clients feel heard, cared for, and confident in every step of their wellness journey.
Outside of the spa, Derek serves in the Arizona Air National Guard, working in Public Affairs to help tell the stories of local airmen and support the mission of the 161st Air Refueling Wing. He’s also in the process of launching the Medical Aesthetics Association of Arizona (MAAAZ) — an initiative focused on raising industry standards, protecting patients, and advocating for providers across the state.
When he’s not building brands or serving his community, you’ll find Derek flying, exploring the globe with his wife and daughter, or working on what’s next for the future of medical aesthetics.
